		<description>Reader, Linda, emailed a few of her favorite fast food lunches. She's a type 2 diabetic. 

&lt;i&gt;A place I also enjoy is Taco Bell...i'll get a bean burrito...you can have them make it a grande (onion/sourcream/lettuce and tomato) for a few cents more and it's very filling.  I guess the protein in the beans keeps the wrap from spiking my blood sugar.  I also like Wendys chicken nuggets...i'll get them and a side salad and it's a good meal.  If I really want a burger on bun, i'll take the bottom off and cut the top in half, making a small bun, but a bun nonetheless.  Subway wraps are also a good alternative&lt;/i&gt;</description>
